The conditions below give you the possibility to be informed in detail when you like to order via our web shop. If you surf in our site you accept and respect our rules, conditions and copyright for the use of the site and the products in our webshop. Windingstems.com will do business with you in an honest way.
Price
All prices in the webshop are inclusive VAT and exclusive cost of shipment. We handle different prices which are matched on rarity and quantity of stock. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. We reserve the right to change the prices if necessary.
Discount
For some articles we offer a discount of 33.3%. When discount is applied it is shown in the "more info" section or in the checkout column "discount" . This discount is also valid for multiples of 3. We offer additonal discount for orders of 50 pieces or more. Please contact us for inquiries.
Acceptance
Windingstems.com has the right to decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. If we decline to supply goods, we shall credit your credit card with the price of the goods within 30 days of declining your order. We shall not be obliged to offer you any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Payment
We accept banktransfer (SEPA payment) within Europe, and credit- or debetcard payment by Paypal.

Sometimes we are facing a delay in shipping time due to costumer service at the borders outside Europe. Mention that this delay can count up to 4 weeks.
For shipping with PostNL trackable and insured we use a costumer declaration document for outside Europe, shipping time for this service is about 1 week.
